Please follow the following steps:
- Exchange requests must be made within 1 week of receiving your item.
- Any exchange requests are to be done through the website contact form and we will reach out to you with further details.
- Exchanges will not be processed until the items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are liable for their own postage costs.
- Customers are liable to pay for any cost difference if they wish to exchange for a more expensive item.
- We will not refund the difference of an exchange if a customer wishes to exchange for a cheaper item.
Defects And Damages
All pieces are inspected prior to dispatch, however if your item has been damaged in transit or you see a manufacturing defect, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Few points to keep in mind:
- We do not provide refunds at any time.
- Please include an image of the faulty item in your email to us.
- Damaged item claims are to be made within 1 week of receiving the item and must include proof of purchase.
- When and if your claim is approved, a replacement item will be dispatched within 2 days after we receive the faulty item back in its original packaging.
